Well, today began the Penny Pinchin’ Mom 30 Day Shred Challenge! I was very nervous when I got up this morning. I had no clue what to expect. I was absolutely shocked when I saw how “easy” it was. The excercises are not extremely strenuous, but I can tell that they can work! I of course, had to do some of the beginner actions, like kneeling push-ups, but I survived!
Rather than spending money on hand weights, my husband and I each grabbed canned goods from our pantry – and they worked great for us. As soon as we were finished, we both mentioned that our legs and arms felt rubbery. But despite that, we feel GREAT! I feel more motiviated, positive and ready to take on the day.
